Plant Manager UK - Dairy Products
We are looking for a Plant Manager UK for an internationally successful food company with strong brands and high innovative strength. The site in England is set to be significantly developed through investments in new technologies and additional capacities. For this exciting challenge with considerable scope for shaping the future, the site management position is to be newly appointed. A perspective of at least five years is desired and offered.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
- Take overall responsibility for a production site with around 100 employees and continue to lead it successfully in terms of safety, quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
- Consistently develop the organization, processes and teams, and drive lean manufacturing, productivity and cost optimization across the entire value chain.
- Lead the transformation of the plant through investments in new technologies and production capacities, particularly in UHT and high value-added dairy products.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Several years of leadership and production experience in the dairy industry as well as sound knowledge of relevant food safety standards.
- Proven expertise in UHT and aseptic production processes as well as experience in investment, change and optimization projects.
- You stand out through strong leadership, pragmatism and implementation strength as well as very good English skills; German is an advantage.
