II.1.4) Short description:

Based on an analysis made in 2016 of maintenance of the Danish Railway, it is now Rail Net Denmark's strategy to increase the level of outsourcing of maintenance of the railway. Today 55 % of Rail Net Denmark's maintenance is carried out by external contractors within the next 8-10 years this figure is expected to increase to 90 %.

This meeting will inform about:

1: Future outsourcing plans of maintenance in Rail Net Denmark.

2: The new requirement from 1.1.2018 that contractors who are driving on Banedanmark's tracks outside of a track possession will be required to uphold their own safety certificate.

The information meeting will take place on Amerika Plads 15, 2100 København the 8.9.2018 from 11:00 till 13:00 in meeting room A+B.

There will be light catering and possibility for networking.
