II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

DALO would like to request information regarding the market from potential suppliers in order for DALO to be able to assess whether other suppliers than the existing supplier (THEON SENSOR SA) have the license/capability/ability to perform FoS on NVG ARGUS. In addition, DALO seeks information from potential suppliers as to whether they have sufficient capacity to fulfil DALO’s envisaged agreement concerning FoS. At the moment, it is DALO’s assessment that THEON SENSOR SA is the sole supplier of the FoS due to technical reasons as well as exclusive rights. DALO will make a final assessment hereof based on the result of this RFI. Hence, there may not be a tender if DALO assesses that THEON SENSOR SA is the sole supplier. Therefore, the date in II.3) is not to be seen as an indication that a tender will be carried out.
