Then, you could be just the person we are looking for to fill the position of HR Business Partner at ENABL A/S. 

At ENABL A/S, you will have the opportunity to become part of a diverse HR team with team members based in Denmark and outside Denmark. You will support “your” team of managers and employees, play a vital role in ENABL reaching our Strategic goals, and, as part of this, our ambitions for OneCulture and Worldclass execution. You will help us continuously improve and contribute to ENABL's great workplace for all our team members.   

The position 

HR in ENABL A/S operates within all HR-related areas, such as Partnering, Recruitment, HR administration, etc.  

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to a group of managers and act as their primary contact person in HR. You will be essential in ensuring they are familiar with the different HR processes, activities and best practices. You will be the one to support on Legal matters, employee development, illness/leave and employment, etc. Depending on your profile, one area may have a higher priority. 

Furthermore, your tasks will be a mix of: 

  • Develop and maintain procedures and processes in close collaboration with the Global HR Director. 
  • Project Management on specific HR projects related to the overall strategy 
  • Maintain our HR platform. 
  • Training and development 
  • HR administration – such as contracts, addendums, etc. 
  • On- and off-boarding 

 Your profile  

We need a colleague with experience in operational HR and HR partnering. 

You have a background from a similar position and a relevant educational background (BA level or higher): strong communication skills (Danish and English) and a process-oriented approach. The role requires a minimum of five years of professional experience, as you will also play a role in mentoring more junior team members within HR. 

You understand processes and take a process-oriented approach to your work. You see the big picture without losing the sense of detail. You are thorough and persistent and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

In the position of HR Business Partner, you will be a part of a team of 8 colleagues in Denmark and several HR colleagues globally. You will report to the HR Director.

The primary place of work is Kilde Allé 4, 8722 Hedensted. It is possible to work from home, but the role requires office presence, which is why working remotely on average is set at 1 day per week (some weeks more, some weeks less, depending on tasks). Furthermore, some working days will be at one of our other locations in Aarhus, Ikast, or Varde, depending on your meetings.
