About FSC and the Fehmarn belt project
Join FEMERN SICE COBRA (FSC) and become a key player in the construction of the world's longest immersed tunnel, the Fehmarn Belt Link, connecting Denmark and Germany by 2029. FSC, a consortium formed by the Spanish companies SICE & COBRA, is entrusted with the critical task of equipping the tunnel with advanced Electrical and Mechanical (MEP) equipment and technology. As an FSC employee, you'll be part of a diverse and skilled team committed to ensuring the success of this monumental infrastructure project.

How you will make a difference in FSC
Are you up for the challenge of managing parallel workstreams in a 7 billion € project? FSC is seeking a highly motivated Parallel Works Coordinator specializing in electrical and mechanical installations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring coordination between different construction activities in the project.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing and coordinating workstreams both internally and with other General Contractors. You'll be instrumental in making tactical and operational decisions while reporting on progress and challenges.

We imagine that you as our new Parallel Works Coordinator will:

  • Take ownership of interface management, collaborating closely with design and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate workshops to address significant focus areas both internally and in relation to the interfaces with other construction companies
  • Contribute to maximizing and prioritization of work schedules within the tunnel.
  • Ensure compliance with the project requirements within your area of expertise.

So, who are we looking for?
You possess a can-do attitude and take responsibility for tasks until completion while inspiring and motivating others. You are ambitious, motivated by collaboration with diverse colleagues, and can apply analytical and critical thinking while easily adapting to change. Numeracy and basic mathematical skills are a crucial aspect for you.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Have over 10 years of experience in large-scale building and construction projects, with a focus on MEP workstream supervision and management.
  • Hold advanced knowledge and a track record of success in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes.
  • Ideally, have a master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.

Want to join our team?
We foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, encouraging all qualified applicants to apply, regardless of age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or ethnicity. If you're eager to take on this exciting role and contribute to the success of the Fehmarn belt Tunnel Project, please send your application and résumé to HR.FSC@grupocobra.com without delay. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, either online or in person, tailored to your candidacy.
