Supply Chain, Quality Assistant

We are looking for a new colleague who, along with our other Quality Assistant, can ensure the quality of deliveries to ENABL's production sites in Europe are done according to the specified requirements and have the required documentation. 

Your responsibilities and tasks in the position of Quality Assistant: 

  • Quality assurance of deliveries.
  • Qualify new suppliers and ensure we have the paper trail to document this. 
  • Review production documentation, especially according to Enabl specification and ISO standards (WPS/WPQR, material certificates, CVP parameter, Surface treatment specifications etc.)
  • Support in connection with claim processing.
  • Quality control in connection with the receipt of goods. 
  • Ad hoc quality control/document handling Review documentation regarding. 

The position reports to the Supply Chain Director. You will be part of a team spanning from strategic and operational purchasing, production planning, and warehousing.  

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience and knowledge having worked in Quality department
  • Experince with Inventor and Vault is a plus
  • Experince with incoming goods inspection will be an advantage
  • Technical knowledge regarding the use of various measurement tools
  • A good grasp of communicating in both Danish and English both in written and in speech
  • A structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Some experience in supplier audits and follow-up
