HR Talent Attraction Internship

As our future HR TA Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated partner in our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with TA-related administrative and project-related tasks.
The position reports to the TA Team Lead, with day-to-day guidance from the HR Generalist.
The Global HR Legal Internship lasts 3-12 months, depending on the candidate's availability. We are flexible regarding the start date. The workplace will be either Århus or Hedensted.
Responsibilities:
- Source new candidates through various channels
- Plan interviews and coordinate progress
- Hosting or participating in career events
- Create job ads
- Review CV database input and ensure professional and fulfilling data
- Conduct phone screening and monitor candidates throughout the interview process
- Completing projects and tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition team members
- Conducting candidate searches and reviewing applicants through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Job index, Job fairs, etc.
- Update Master data and support ad hoc where needed.
- Maintain/update onboarding material and guides for the Intern that follows you.
We imagine you are studying at BA or Master level; HR, Communication, Psychology, International Business, or similar.
