Your role
Working from our facilities in Brabrand you will become part of our Aftersales Department, which handles support, warranty, training, and commissioning of our sustainable CO2 refrigeration and heating systems.

The Technical Support function is one of our core businesses and the aim is to give the best support to our customers regarding our racks in terms of help to start up, fault diagnosis and technical issues during operation.

In your role as Aftersales Engineer, your main responsibility will be securing high quality Technical Support by phone or mail to our customers. We offer 24/7 service to our customers.

Further the job includes warranty claim handling and a wide range of support to our customers regarding ensuring new spare parts identification if needed.

You will become part of a competent team with strong teamwork and will also get to collaborate widely with colleagues across the corporation in ensuring that our customers receive the best service.

We support customers across Europe and LATAM, and the Aftersales team is represented at our HQ in Brabrand, across Europe and LATAM.

Your background

You have a background as Refrigeration Technician or similar experience. As we use CO2 for refrigeration and heating, knowledge about CO2 as refrigerant is an advantage. However, we will make sure that you receive the proper training.  

We expect you to be quality conscious, solution-oriented, driven by ensuring high quality service, and that you want to share your knowledge to other refrigeration technicians in our CO2 solutions.

As we are offering our service worldwide and support our customers based on +20 languages, language skills are important – primarily english. You need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, as this is our corporate language. Additional language skills, as e.g. Polish, French or German, would be an advantage.
