The job

As Operation Manager, you will be part of a professional team with qualified colleagues. You will be responsible for challenging service projects globally, and you will help ensure that projects are implemented in an economical, functional and safe way.  Also, you will work with skilled and competent colleagues globally. Besides this, your areas of responsibility will be:

  • Contractual negotiations and quotation of service projects
  • Coordination, communication, and alignment with stakeholders
  • Contribute to developing new business areas and internal processes
  • Ensuring project delivery from start to finish
  • Ensuring project specification and delivery according to the agreed terms through close customer dialogue
  • Continuous project follow-up
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks
  • Understanding the business aspects of our key customers
  • Planning and launching of urgent emerging service tasks and recurring activities with a high focus of safety

Your profile

We envisage that you hold a technical degree combined with experience within project management and service agreements. 

Besides having a good commercial understanding, you have solid experience in developing and the ability to motivate your team. You are a brilliant communicator and fluent in English with the ability to make things clear.

With your profile, structure and working systematically is important for you – but you still have a creative mind and are brilliant at getting new ideas and understand how to convert your ideas into sustainable solutions that work in the real world. As some of your employees will be located in other countries, you have experience with dealing with employees of different nationalities and cultures.
