This month we are expanding our product range for you with over 100 new items. norelem has various solutions for common measurement technologies in its programme: fixtures for tactile measurement of parts on coordinate measuring machines, for optical measurement methods as well as surface and contour measurement, and on request also for other methods.
With the new dk products, we offer you flexible, modular systems for measurement technology that are characterised by easy handling and very high precision.
Clamping elements and hold-down devices for metrology
This modular system for metrology enables flexible use in various measuring applications such as coordinate measuring machines, optical measuring machines and for surface and contour measurement. Individual parts can be combined quickly and precisely, are reusable and can be reconfigured for different inspection tasks. A standardised quick-change system and the combinability of the programmes increase efficiency, while the pallet system supports economical set-up outside the measuring machine.

Clamping system
Thanks to its stable structure, high clamping forces and compact design, the clamping element with pull-down effect is ideal for pre-machining with direct clamping (OP10) using the 5-axis modular clamping system and for clamping blanks from panels and other workpieces.

Precision jaw chuck for modular measuring fixture system
The proven ‘three-jaw chuck’ clamping principle is now also available for professional measurement fixturing systems. With the necessary adaptations to the specific requirements of optical and tactile measurement technology, dk has implemented this principle and expanded the standardised jaw chucks. The special details of the precision jaw chucks are, in particular, the possibility of internal and external clamping, the optimal accessibility of all surfaces of the workpiece and the quick and easy positioning.
